Revox C270 – 2-track, fully recapped and calibrated, with rolling rack

This Revox C270 has been through a complete restoration: all capacitors replaced, new trimmers, new pinch roller. This is not a cosmetic once-over – the electronics have been fully reworked to the original specifications.

Calibrated at both speeds, 7.5 and 15 ips, using an MRL calibration tape, and set up for SM900/RTM reference tape. Record and playback levels, bias and equalisation have been precisely adjusted – this machine is ready for demanding studio use, not just “it runs”.

Sold with its tilting rolling rack: the C270 sits on the tilting section for comfortable access, and the fixed section leaves up to 9U for additional gear. A turnkey solution you can roll straight into a corner of your studio.
